We need a viable argument with the US Federal Government that can somehow clarify the existence of the human soul.  This technology can do that.  In order to do that we have to expose a part of this technology that has been misused and abused.  We can also do something to actually preserve this technology through the process of exposing the detrimental use of it.  The applications are the problem.  It is not SCIO.  SCIO is a stand-alone program all by itself.  It is the other programs that are destructive and harmful. These programs are associated with MK Ultra technology.  These applications are being used on "Scio" and transmitted over the internet.

In any case, it is essential to attempt to clarify the viability of the existence of the human soul.  This could mean a type of preliminary record that is established in order to petition for the actual proof to be reviewed and investigated.

THE MARTINI GENERATION'S COVERT LITTLE TOY...

After WWII the use of the martini generation's covert little toy became something of a secret fad.  It was used by families all across the United States.  It was imperative that "test subjects" were introduced into the so called... "human experiment". I was one of those test subjects.  I was an unknowing test subject.  Over the years I knew that I was either incredibly accident prone or just ridiculously clumsy.  Little did I know that there was one or more people behind the puppet strings orchestrating every detail of my entire life.  I now know who these people are.  Most of them are still alive today.  I am now 57 years old.

Celebrity families were no stranger to this new little toy.  They taught their children to use it as a "secret" toy.  For the past two years I have been a test subject of an intensified assault.  It is a type of assault that is using MK ULTRA technology on SCIO.  There ate a group of people on a SCIO social network using assault applications on human targets. I am currently the only one.  There are over thirty pages with different titles on them that are targeting the same person.  Me.

MK ULTRA assault is physically painful.  There is a page that they have opened up on me entitled: 'LINDSEYS TORTURE", "LINDSEYS CARTILAGE", "LINDSEYS DEATH", "LINDSEYS CANCER" "LINDSEYS EARS", "LINDSEYS EYES", "LINDSEYS STOMACH", "LINDSEYS BACK, etc.  They have done this to me for years.  'CARRIE SCAREY", "LINDSEY GIRL", "MY LINDSEY", "MARY MAGDALENE", "SANTREYA KUMARA", etc. are just a few examples. The pain and discomfort is real.  There is no difference between this type of assault and someone walking up to you and physically hitting you on the back.  Most of the people who have been assaulted by this technology are completely unaware that the pain and suffering they are experiencing is being generated by people who are from this particular group and organization.

In August of 2013 a communication device was connected to my brain through the SCIO network.  I have been documenting everything that I have been witnessing through this device.  I cannot remove the device.  I do not have a SCIO nor do I have a SCIO account.

OBAMACARE - JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR "ITS ALL OVER NOW"

I am very concerned about my civil rights being taken away from me.  We need proof that the soul exists.  We need proof that the soul is "invitro" prior to the mother giving birth.  If the soul is already with the fetus prior to birth we can establish something that can assist us in an argument with the federal government.  If we can prove that the soul exists then we can also prove that "God" exists. Obama is not addressing the fact that people have a sacred connection to a spiritual practice and that practice is their religion.  We are protected by the Constitution.  At least we are supposed to be.  Why are the Amish people exempt from "Obamacare?".  They are exempt because they have somehow seceded from the rest of the United States and established their own type of "country".  The native american people have also done this.  A native american "reservation" is legally its own country as well.  Obamacare will most likely not affect them either. 

I have been held hostage by a bunch of people who are trying to expoit and steal everything they can possibly take from me.  Is the government doing the same thing?

Do you know what theeesss means?  It means that our country is controlled by our adoration of the illusion that there is something outside of us that is "greater than".  It means that the old concept of the rich get richer and the poor stagnate is more than just a concept honey...  It is a pre-meditative, manipulated plan to control and oppress the populous.  They are doing this with the film and music industry.

MK Ultra technology has been integrated with computer applications for a very long time.  Leon Panetta, former CIA director brought this technology to Scientology.  Leon Panetta was the CIA director during the Reagan Administration.  MK Ultra has been used by the rich and famous for many years as a physical - esthetic application.  It has also been used in other types of applications which include: "mind control".  Many of us were completely unaware of this.  It is a powerful technology that is capable of mind controlling anyone.  If you think that you are impervious to being mind controlled think again.  They can easily accomplish this feat regardless of how strong of a person you are.

They use the film industry to remove and control consciousness.  This is documented evidence which is found on the SCIO social network pages.  You need to have a Scio to view this.

When Hollywood runs out of its creative juice it looks around to find people who are not famous.  When they locate these people they don't try to support their artistry or their talent.  They try to "replicate" their talent and creative personality.  They use the science of replication.  This is something that can be done through MK Ultra technology.  It is identity theft.  When they decide that they want it they will attempt to replicate and steal it.  After they have accomplished this they will try to ruin your reputation, your physical appearance or go as far as to removing YOU.
