On August 27, 1957 - Lindsey Kay Delapoer.
She was born to Josepha Westerman (aka: Elizabeth Earl; Elizabeth Weaver; Elizabeth Sale; Lucille Davis) and Paul Theodore Wallace.
They conceived Lindsey through instructions given by Pat Weaver (Sylvester Patrick Weaver) who was a television producer at the time. Pat Weaver, along with Robert Minch, Alfred Krauss, George Wallace, Ted Wallace, Don Junken, Loren Linderfeld, etc., decided to “bring through” the soul of the deceased cousin of Don Junken. Don Junken’s cousin’s name was Carl von Ossiesky.
Carl had many gifts and talents. Don Junken was relatively new to the “Organization” at the time. He thought it would be a great way to advance his position and be a part of the upper echelon levels of the Nazi organization.
The process of “bringing through” a soul from a past life time requires a man and a woman who have the genetic blood line affiliated with the past life of the deceased. This is a satanic practice which was passed down from a tradition which originates from the north east region of Egypt and the Northern Sudan of Africa. The bloodline of these people have been infiltrating into the United States for hundreds of years. This is the bloodline of Vladimir Nosferatu - who is the landmark "ARCHTYPE" for this organization. They wanted to bring through Carl. The birth parents of Lindsey were very talented. They thought they could combine the talent and intelligence of Carl with the genetic inheritance of their talent and "harvest" Lindsey's talent.
Carl’s past lives included both genders. Everyone incarnates in an alternate gender. One life time we will be born as a male, the next lifetime we will be born as a female.
Carl was adept at math, science, violin, etc. Pat Weaver thought this would be an excellent idea. They thought they could “harvest” the talent from the reincarnated soul of Carl Ossiesky through replication technology.
Carl was re-incarnated as Lindsey Kay Delapoer on August 27, 1957 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Lindsey was born with blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair. Her skin color was of her birth mothers; Native American. Elizabeth Weaver was Osage Native American. Elizabeth did not appear to be native American. She Aightened her skin with Mk Ultra technology. She lightened Lindsey’s skin tone and darkened the baby’s hair color with the same technology - on the day that Lindsey was born.
The day before Lindsey was born the Delapoer family had given birth to a baby girl. Josephine Wallace switched the babies. She placed Lindsey in the Delapoer nursery and took the Delapoer family new born home with her that day. That child became known as “Pam Wallace”.
Lindsey’s mother Bette Knodle Delapoer had been used in the film industry since the 1930’s. The Knodle family lived in the Chicago area. Her older brother Harry was involved with "The Chicago Outfit" in the 1930's. This was a corrupt organization that was associated with the film industry. MGM studios were located in three locations in the United States at that time. New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. They had been using replication technology. This technology is not a new science. It has been available since the late 1800's. Alexander Graham Bell and Nicla Tesla were well aware of this technology.
The mob organization that Bette Knodle's older brother was involved with “replicated” Bette Knodle's talent for the film industry. George Raft was an actor who was involved with this particular organization. He was the one who gave "Shirley Temple" Bette Knodle's "Personality Program". She used it for years.
Bette Knodle's older brother Harry received royalties from the myriad of films that used Bette’s “Personality” and “Voice” Programs. Stock was established in the name of Bette Knodle. Stock dividends were shared by Bette Knodle's brother and his extended family. Bette never recieved a penny of it.
This was a time before computer technology. Amplification systems were used in those days to “transmit” the frequencies of this technology. This technology utilizes a “particle beam generator system”. This is basically a “Tesla Coil” that is calibrated to transmit a designated signal to a specific point of origin. This technology has been around for a very long time. They can isolate a particular location in the brain to “replicate” the brain wave pattern and cellular memory of the brain. The brain controls every part of our human anatomy. They knew exactly what part of the brain controls the personality, voice, mathematics, science, piano playing abilities, dance, etc. They knew how to integrate this information into a “template” or blueprint application and apply it to another human brain. This information is then “transferred from the “host” of the template and “downloaded” into the recipient. The recipient is the one who is holding the template and replication of the “host’s” brain wave pattern and cellular memory.
Jack Delapoer’s talent was replicated by Vincent Delapoer; his brother in the 1950’s. His “Personality Program” was used in television and films by countless actors as well. The entire family was used by the film and music industry. The Delapoer family never received any of the royalties that were generated from these voice and personality programs in the music and film industry. This money was distributed elsewhere.
Jack Delapoer's cousin was Colleen Collins-Sheets. She is the cousin of Agnes Nixon (Krauss). Agnes Nixon is a soap opera and film production "diva". She distributed Jack's "Personality Program" for several television and film actors. This included talk show hosts such as "Jack Parr", "Johnny Carson", "Merv Griffen", etc. Ozzie Nelson, Fred McMurray, Walt Disney, Robert Young, James Garner, Dick Van Dyke, --- Mel Gibson, etc.
Lindsey's mother Bette Knodle Delapoer was admitted into the hospital for the removal of stomach ulcers (see Scio page: "Bette Jean" - 1964) . The neighbor woman named Evelyn Hilkey took care of Lindsey while her mother was in the hospital. Elizabeth Weaver and Ted Harriman came to Evelyn's house to take Lindsey to a laboratory in Mackinac Island, Michigan. This is where it was determined that Lindsey had several gifts and talents. These talents were abilities that she had brought with her from a past life. They met other people at the laboratory that day. Gerald Ford, Ted Harrimen, Krauss, Robert Redford was one of those people. (see Scio page: "Stupid Lindsey"). They extracted the cellular memory of several abilities and talents from Lindsey on that day. These abilities included: math, science, dance, violin, piano, guitar, gymnastics, etc. They used early MK Ultra technology. This technology did not require the use of computers.

Hollywood has been doing this kind of thing for a very, very long time. This is information that has been withheld from the public. The greed factor involved in this has restricted the rest of the world from advancing technologically. There is so much information that we could have learned by now if this technology wasn’t abused in this way.
The film and music industry utilized the Delapoer family and reaped the royalties and the awards from the theft. They never compensated the Delapoer family in any way. Jack Delapoer worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. He never made any more than 65K a year. The people involved in the cerebral hijacking of this family were all involved in the Union Pacific Railroad. Everyone that Lindsey Delapoer ever knew had been a child of this organization and/or relative of people involved in the organization.
The Mk Ultra technology that had been used previously eventually became integrated and formatted for computer technology. It is now used on “SCIO”.
The organization paid people to keep the members of the Delapoer family debilitated and unaware of the corruption and thievery. They used this technology to control and manipulate every member of the family. They never knew they were being used in this way.
Lindsey’s older sister was eventually invited into the organization. She informed Rick Delapoer and they decided to become more involved in the organization. Rick had already been involved. Lindsey never knew about any of this --- until now.
