THIS BLOG... is about a life long assault that originally began with the film and music industry in the 1960's. It is still happening to this day. The only difference is that it is being transmitted through the use of technology over the internet. This blog is about a technological KIDNAPPING! The victims never know that they have done this to them. I was one of those victims. I was raised by foster parents. I never knew about my biological parents. Norfolk, Virginia| A 78-year old retired officer of the CIA, Normand Hodges, has made a
series of astonishing confessions since he was admitted at the Sentara General Hospital on Monday. He claims he committed 37 assassinations for the American government between 1959 and 1972, including the actress and model, Marilyn Monroe.

Mr. Hodges, who worked for the CIA for 41 years as an operative with top-level security
clearances, claims he was often employed as a hit man by the organization, to assassinate individuals
who could represent a threat to the security of the country. Trained as both a sniper and a martial arts
expert, Mr Hodges says he also has significant experience with more unconventional methods of
inflicting harm upon others, like poisons and explosives.

Mr. Hodges swears he remembers vividly, each of the assassinations he committed for the CIA
He claims that all 37 of the murders he committed on the American soil, were ordered by his
commanding officer, Major James “Jimmy” Hayworth.

The elderly man claims he committed his assassinations between August 1959 and March 1972,
at a time when he says “the CIA had its own agenda“. He says he was part of an operative
cell of five members which carried out political assassinations across the country.

Most of their victims were political activists, journalists and union leaders,
but he also claims that he killed a few scientists and artists whose ideas
represented a threat to the interests of the United States.

Mr. Hodges says that Marilyn Monroe remains unique among his victims, as she is the only woman he ever assassinated. He claims he has no regrets, however, as he says that she had become a “threat for the security of the country”
and had to be eliminated.

“We had evidence that Marilyn Monroe had not only slept with Kennedy, but also with Fidel Castro” claims M. Hodges. ” My commanding officer, Jimmy Hayworth, told me that she had to die, and that it had to look like a suicide or an overdose. I had never killed a woman before, but I obeyed orders… I did it for America! She could have transmitted strategic information to the communists, and we couldn’t allow that! She had to die! I just did what I had to do!”

"I was connected to Charter Communications Internet Provider in 2013. This is a company that is owned by the Clinton & Bush family. I did not know what was happening. The symptoms were not familiar to me. I knew I was being injured by something that I could not see or identify. I could not go to the police without physical proof. I am being assaulted and held hostage by people who are using quantum technology over the internet. The process and technology that is being used on me has affected and debilitated my entire life. I have been "hooked up" to this technology without permission and against my will. It has taken me several years to gather this information. The 24 hour assault began in 2013. This is "calibrated" microwave frequency that is being transmitted over the internet via communication satellite. I have been connected to the internet using Wi-Fi at the brain stem. SCIO works off of a scalar wave signal. When it is connected to the internet it is being transmitted via a communications satellite system. This does not use the typical internet broadcast signal. SCIO uses a separate, different kind of transmission. The SCIO social network uses a "Facebook network template". "Replication Technology" is being used by the film and music industry. It was used in a different way prior to Scio programming. Where and how do the "Anunnaki" fit into my personal story? They are the reason as to why this life long crisis has existed. Before we go back in time into the story of the "Anunnaki" we have to explain a little about what is happening in the present time line.

There are many "conspiracy theories" about CIA and MK Ultra technology being used on the public at large. I have been a hostage of technology. I never knew it existed. There is an organization that has been developing a variety of assault technology which uses unsuspecting people as test subjects. I have been the unwilling recipient of a type of technological assault. It is being used over the internet. In order for this to be used over the internet several things must occur.

It is necessary to explain that the internet medium that is connected to my brain (Lindsey Delapoer's brain) is not a typical internet medium. It is a "secondary" type of an internet that is being used. A typical internet medium would be a frequency signal that is transmitted via a communications satellite system. This signal would be used for television, internet radio, and the world wide web. Each of these signals are designated signals specifically transmitted for each of these separate industries. They need to be separate because they calculate the ratings for each one of these programs. They are using a different type of signal which is not used by any kind of media. It is being used as an assault weapon on a private citizen who lives in the state of California in the USA. It is separate from the other internet signals because it is using scalar wave frequency that has been calibrated as an electronic weapon. This is also known as MK Ultra technology. They do not use electronic weapons in the television, radio or world wide web. The FCC would be the agency that would regulate these frequencies. The FCC is run by former president(s) Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, George Bush.

I, (Lindsey Delapoer) am being assaulted by people all over the world who are involved in this scam. They have been told that they would receive is a huge amount of money in exchange for debilitating my life. There are many people involved in this scam. The scam involves a life time of MGM and BBC stock liquidation. I am being hit by people from Stalingrad, England, France, Japan, Scotland, Ireland, etc.

In order to explain the "technological assault" that I have been experiencing it is necessary to offer the background from which this assault has originated from. This is an amazing true story.

The film and music industry has it's origins in the most peculiar of places. As a genealogist, I have traced many of the "old timers" to their Slavic and African roots. Most of the people we are familiar with as "celebrities" or "movie stars" or even "rock stars" are related to the same blood lines. This blood line originates from the family name of "Dracula" "Scafiddi", "Abdoul", "Heifitz", "Rupp" AS well as "IDI AMIN". These family bloodlines are all inter-related. Many of the African related bloodlines originated from Chad and Uganda. These families emigrated into Libya, Algeria and Saudi Arabia and then on to other countries. One of the geographic locations that these people gravitated towards is Romania and Bulgaria. They later intermingled with other cultures including Russian. The Romanoff Dynasty was comprised of people from these origins. These were the Czars of Russia that reigned from 1600 - 1800's.

Dracula is the house of "Dracula" of Transylvania, Bulgaria. This is the family name of "Vladimir Nosferatu". Also known as "Vlad the Impaler". Vlad the Impaler was born in 1431. His family was notorious for sweeping the countryside clean of anyone who was not involved in their ancient cultural traditions. They practiced cannibalism and the taking of souls.. We may refer to this tradition as being "satanic" but that would not be an accurate description. The family of "Nosferatu" has ancient origins that are founded in Northern Africa. Their people originally came from "Chad" and emigrated to the north and to the south eastern regions of Africa. This included Uganda and the northern "Sudan" of Algeria and Libya. This does not mean that all people from Algeria, Libya and Uganda are involved in ancient voodoo traditions. It simply means that many people from these traditions have emigrated into those areas of Africa. This brings us into an even more ancient piece of history which involves Sumeria. This was a large area of land which covered Northern Egypt , Northern Africa, Iraq, Iran and Saudi Arabia. This was the area that was taken over by an ancient people who were known as the "Anunnaki".

The Anunnaki brought the traditions and rituals of taking souls, eating human flesh and demonic possession into the various cultures that thrived in that particular region. It was the Annunaki that created so much of the havoc that we have experienced or have read about throughout history.

The people of this region were very resourceful people. They had absolutely no problem with joining a caravan that could take several months before arriving at another destination point. Many of them were later known as "Gypsies".The Anunnaki bloodline intermingled with the people of various races, cultures and regions.
